Service provider

The service provider is Rafał Będkowski, a natural person operating the Certyx website available at https://certyx.space. Contact: support@certyx.space.

Scope

These terms describe the use of CERTYX. Accounts are not created and subscriptions are not sold on the public website; use of the service is based on a signed customer agreement, which prevails over these terms.

Authorized use

Use CERTYX only for infrastructure you are authorized to manage or scan. Administrators define approved ranges, exclusions, target permissions and renewal profiles. Customer users must safeguard credentials and report suspected compromise.

Subscription and responsibilities

The platform operator assigns the organization, package, managed-certificate-family capacity and license term. Customer administrators manage their own users and infrastructure within those boundaries. Renewal requires configured CA access, agents and applicable approvals; it is not guaranteed by simply importing a certificate.

Commercial conditions

Fees and taxes, support levels, availability commitments, maintenance, security incident response, liability, termination, data return and deletion, applicable law and dispute resolution are set out in the customer agreement. These terms do not promise an availability percentage or an indemnity.
